a Visit to Posh Nail & Beauty...

This quaint salon is situated in the Illovo Post Office Centre on Rudd Road in Illovo. Whilst offering the latest in skin & body treatments, they focus to offer luxurious treatments which are result orientated in an environment where clients are their number one concern. Posh offers treatments including IPL, Microblading, VI Chemical Peels, Sugaring, Micro Needling & Shellac on top of the usual manicures, pedicures, massages & hair removal treatments. (It is like a little wonderful one stop shop for everything you need)

Oh. So Posh Nail & Beauty is not a spa. So you should not be expecting the 'spa experience.' But much to my opinion, they make every effort to make it feel like you are at a spa, and that is just amazing. And I believe that this is exactly what Emma Pike, owner, finds more important. With some inviting chic decor & extra special attention-to-detail touches that I think the clientele don't get elsewhere that will make you experience here even better.

Emma is of the opinion that the bigger facilities are like a conveyor belt & lack that personal touch. She also believes that skin & beauty therapy are on of the very few remaining industries in this modern day & age that is still considered to be "hands-on." The smaller team lends itself to a more specialised team where they are able to listen more carefully to the needs of clients & develop a more personal relationship. 

This luxurious space has become a haven for clients, from the classic Ralph Lauren wallpaper with accents of orchids gives off that London, Knightsbridge vibe & I can vouch for this. I have been to visit & experience the Posh Nail & Beauty for myself. Emma, coming from the UK, after working for Gucci & Cartier proves that she knows & understands just how important a carefully thought-through aesthetic is to clients. (Lets face it, it essentially is you investing time & money in yourself.)

Not many salons can say that they have their very own signature scent. The delicate blend of premium quality fragrance notes is Green Tea & Fig.
